Returns

 

Our returns policy lasts typically covers products for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. However, if you have experienced an issue with our collars, even beyond the 30 days, let us know and we can try to resolve your issue. 

 

Returns Processing

Once we have received your request, we will process it based on the information provided and will provide you with a resolution if we are able to determine one. 

Resolution may include, but are not limited to:

  • Refunds
  • Exchanges
  • Replacements

If you are approved for a refund, we will let you know and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This process may take up to 3 business days.
